Raleigh partner Melanie Dubis was quoted in NC Policy Watch about a long-running public school funding lawsuit called the Leandro case. Melanie is the lead attorney for the plaintiffs, and she described how North Carolina's progress on correcting funding inequalities has often been "one step forward and two steps back." However, she said the state has been much more cooperative in the past six months.
