Jason Herndon is a partner in Parker Poe’s Raleigh office, and he concentrates his practice primarily on construction law. His clients consist of a diverse group of industry participants that include design professionals, public utilities, regional and national contractors, municipalities, private project owners, and construction sureties.
Sarah Hutchins is a partner in the firm’s Charlotte office. She helps clients navigate commercial litigation and respond to government investigations with a thorough defense. She has significant litigation experience that includes appearances at trial and in large-scale government investigations featuring the U.S. Department of Justice and other regulators. Sarah also practices in the area of data security and privacy.
Jenna McGee is a partner in Charleston, where she concentrates her practice on complex commercial and construction litigation. She represents a broad range of clients, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, national and local businesses, and individuals. She has extensive experience in all stages of litigation in state and federal courts.
Morgan Rogers is a partner in Charlotte. He advises clients on a wide variety of business transactions and disputes, including related to real estate, corporate governance, banking and lending, trusts and estates, and general commercial matters. He represents clients in all phases of litigation, including settlement, preliminary motions to dispose of the case, trial, and appeal.
