Parker Poe Ranked Among Leading National Firms for Patent Litigation Involving Generic Drugs

Charlotte, N.C. – Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that Patexia Inc., an intellectual property analytics company, has ranked the firm and four of its attorneys among the best in the country for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) litigation. These cases fall under the Hatch-Waxman Act and involve patents for generic drugs. 

Parker Poe ranked as the ninth best performing law firm representing defendants out of the 91 defendants’ firms considered. Parker Poe maintained a high level of quality despite also having one of the most active Hatch-Waxman practices (tied for 18th in overall cases for defendants).
