Atlanta, Ga. – Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that Elizabeth Story has been named one of “Georgia’s most promising lawyers under the age of 40” by the Daily Report, the leading legal publication in the state.

Elizabeth was honored as part of the Daily Report’s “On The Rise” program. A panel of lawyers assists the Daily Report in selecting “On The Rise” honorees based on their legal and business skill, leadership qualities, and commitment to the Georgia community.  

Elizabeth became president of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers (GAWL) Foundation during the pandemic and came up with creative programming to continue raising money for 501(c)(3) organizations that advance the interests of disadvantaged women and children. She was also innovative in creating opportunities for women lawyers across the state to continue giving back in a way that advanced those interests. She has served on the GAWL Foundation’s board of directors since 2016.

In addition, Elizabeth is making a mark as a real estate attorney focused on eminent domain and condemnation. Her clients range from high-profile Georgia companies to small businesses to private landowners. Her clients and peers in the legal profession have praised her skill at the negotiating table and in the courtroom, her strong advocacy for her clients, and her kindness and professionalism. 

Elizabeth will be profiled in a special edition of the Daily Report later this summer along with other “On The Rise” honorees.
