Alexandria Hill focuses her practice on business litigation and administrative law. She is part of a team that represents clients before state and federal courts and governmental agencies in the Southeast.

In her litigation practice, Alexandria has assisted companies in several areas, including business disputes over commercial contracts, trade secrets, and unfair and deceptive trade practices as well as condemnation actions against property owners. She's also advised companies on class actions, including actions involving data security breaches.

In her administrative law practice, Alexandria represents clients in the private and public sectors. She also drafts policies and resolutions for local governments to ensure they are in compliance with American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) regulations. Alexandria also works as part of the firm's business expansion and location solutions team, assisting clients on expansion projects by drafting and filing for various expansion grants and incentives involving Job Development Investment Grants (JDIG) and North Carolina's Building Reuse Program, among other areas.

Alexandria earned her law degree from Wake Forest University. She continues to serve as a mentor for the university's Black Law Student Association after serving as a chapter parliamentarian while in law school. She was a member of the Domestic Violence Awareness Coalition, the Pro Bono Expungement Clinic, and the Wake Forest Law Review.

Outside of work, Alexandria is a self-proclaimed amateur foodie who enjoys attending food festivals and cooking.
