Brian Parker has been representing Fortune 100 and 200 companies in litigation and various commercial disputes for more than 27 years. Brian’s trial and litigation experience covers the entire spectrum from complex tort to commercial business litigation matters. He has significant experience serving as lead, national, and/or regional counsel in pattern, class, and multi-district litigation.
Over the last 19 years, Brian has developed a deep understanding of the life sciences arena, specifically representing pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies. He regularly advises and counsels C-suite executives and directors on litigation, governance, compliance, legal operations, legal outsourcing and pricing models, supply chain, commercialization, regulatory, sustainability, and risk management matters.
Brian is committed and dedicated to exemplary philanthropic and corporate stewardship, and he possesses significant board experience in the areas of audit, governance, compliance, risk management, and sustainability. He currently serves as a director for Vodori Inc., Duquesne University, UPMC Mercy Hospital, and the Forbes Fund, and he serves on the advisory board for Union Bridge Capital. His prior board service includes the Pittsburgh Symphony, the City of Pittsburgh Housing Authority, and Ferrum Capital Partners LLC. He is a Governance Fellow with the National Association of Corporate Directors.
