Carlos Manzano is a public finance attorney who helps his clients navigate complex municipal finance transactions. Carlos received his law degree from Duke University School of Law. While at Duke, Carlos was a member of the Duke Blockchain Lab, executive editor of the Alaska Law Review, and a board member for the Transactional Law Competition. Carlos received his undergraduate degree and master's degree from Florida State University. He is also fluent in Spanish.
