Chelsea Rush focuses her practice on intellectual property. She is part of a team that advises a broad variety of businesses, educational institutions, and nonprofits on trademarks, patents, copyrights, and other areas of intellectual property.
Chelsea received her law degree from the University of North Carolina. While in law school, Chelsea was a Managing Editor of the North Carolina Journal of International Law. Chelsea also has a master’s degree in marketing communications from West Virginia University and a bachelor’s from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
As a lifelong athlete and sports enthusiast, outside of work, Chelsea enjoys time in the gym—CrossFit and Peloton have her hooked—and watching her favorite teams, including the UNC Tar Heels, Atlanta Braves, and Carolina Panthers.
