Hailey Klabo advises debtors, creditors, and other parties in connection with bankruptcy cases and restructuring transactions. She drafts and negotiates transaction documents as well as pleadings and briefs, including debtor-in-possession financing orders, restructuring support agreements, transaction agreements, and plans of reorganization and confirmation orders.
She previously worked in the restructuring practice for one of the 30 largest global law firms. She has also served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable William Osteen Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina and as a judicial extern to the Honorable Benjamin Kahn of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of North Carolina.
Hailey earned her law degree from the University of North Carolina, where she served as articles editor for the North Carolina Law Review. She also served as president of the Carolina Public Interest Law Organization. Haily earned her undergraduate degree from Davidson College.
Hailey is licensed to practice law only in New York. She is not licensed in North Carolina.
