Jack Belk is part of a team of litigators who represent clients before state and federal courts, governmental agencies, and national and international arbitration panels in the Southeast and around the world.

Jack has served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Robin E. Hudson of the North Carolina Supreme Court, where he assisted with drafting and editing opinions, writing bench memos for oral arguments, evaluating petitions for discretionary review, and writing recommendation memos to the court.

Previously, Jack worked as a senior analyst at The Analyst Institute in Washington, DC, where he conducted innovative political science research on how to win elections. He regularly advised campaign leaders, decision makers, and C-suite executives by translating complex statistical analysis into actionable guidance.

Jack earned his law degree from Duke University, where he served on the editorial board of the Duke Law Journal as well as treasurer of the Duke Law North Carolina Club. He earned his undergraduate degree from New College of Florida.
