Jonathan LeCroy advises clients on all aspects of banking, finance, and commercial real estate transactions. He regularly counsels developers and investors on the financing, acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, and management of commercial properties, including retail, office buildings, and multi-family complexes.
Jonathan also represents lenders in a broad variety of financing arrangements, including construction loans, acquisition and development loans, term financing, and revolving credit facilities. This experience bolsters his commercial real estate practice, allowing him to provide strategic counsel to borrowers.
Jonathan has particular experience in all phases of the acquisition and development of real property. Jonathan has advised clients on the development and redevelopment of industrial, mixed-use, and multifamily properties. He also has experience in various real estate transactions, including assisting with corporate leases for national restaurant chains, such as build to suit, ground, and existing building leases.
Jonathan received his law degree from the University of Georgia. While pursuing his degree, Jonathan was a member of the Business Law Society and on the editorial board for the Journal of Intellectual Property Law.
Jonathan is an active member in the Greenville community, where he is a volunteer Young Life leader at Greenville County High School and he and his family are members of Downtown Presbyterian Church.
