Jonathan LeCroy advises developers and investors in a wide range real estate and commercial development transactions. He counsels on the financing, acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, and management of commercial properties.
Jonathan has particular experience in all phases of the acquisition and development of real property. Jonathan has advised clients on the development and redevelopment of industrial, mixed-use, and multifamily properties. He also has experience in various real estate transactions, including assisting with corporate leases for national restaurant chains, such as build to suit, ground, and existing building leases.
Jonathan received his law degree from the University of Georgia. While pursuing his degree, Jonathan was a member of the Business Law Society and on the editorial board for the Journal of Intellectual Property Law.
Jonathan is an active member in the Greenville community, where he is a volunteer Young Life leader at Greenville County High School and he and his family are members of Downtown Presbyterian Church.
