LauraLee Lawley represents health care clients across a range of their legal needs, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate governance, and regulatory and compliance issues. With more than 15 years of experience, LauraLee is adept at serving a broad sector of the health care industry, such as ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), ASC management companies, physician groups and management services organizations, dental services organizations, veterinarian services organizations, and pharmacies.

Health care clients also turn to LauraLee for counseling on the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, the federal Stark Law, and corporate practice of medicine, and licensure requirements.

Prior to joining Parker Poe, LauraLee was a partner at one of the 100 largest global law firms. She also previously advised clients in sports and entertainment, manufacturing, asset management, and financial services related to business formation, joint ventures, and corporate governance.

LauraLee earned her law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law and her undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University.
