Todd Haynie focuses his transactional work in commercial lending and real estate. He has represented both major lending institutions and borrowers in a variety of financing transactions, including construction and permanent real estate loans, asset-based loans, and loan workouts and restructurings. He also provides general real estate advice to clients on a variety of acquisition and development projects.
At the University of South Carolina School of Law, Todd was the associate editor-in-chief of the South Carolina Law Review.
