Molly McCabe focuses her practice on the tax aspects of public finance transactions. She is part of a team that handles financings for state and local governments, public and private universities, housing authorities, and nonprofit organizations.
Molly also has experience in litigation, defending clients against claims of medical malpractice and professional negligence. She has defended hospitals, physicians, and other health care providers in medical malpractice lawsuits and regulatory board investigations. Molly is admitted to practice in all state and federal district courts in North Carolina.
Molly earned her law degree from Wake Forest University, where she graduated cum laude and was inducted into the Order of the Coif honor society. During law school, she was also an editorial staff member of the Wake Forest Law Review. Prior to law school, Molly completed her bachelor’s degree at Florida State University after starting college at the University of West Florida. At UWF, she was co-captain of the volleyball team and was named first team all-conference.
