Preston Dole focuses his practice on professional negligence and product liability defense. He regularly represents hospitals, physicians, nurses, other healthcare providers, and their insurers. He has significant litigation experience, including taking dozens of cases to jury and bench verdicts.
Prior to joining Parker Poe, Preston served as assistant district attorney for Mecklenburg County. In that role, he prosecuted felony and misdemeanor charges with a concentration on crimes of domestic violence.
Preston earned both his law degree and bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
