Reed Mulbry represents clients in personal injury, premises liability, and construction defect cases. He handles all aspects of civil litigation, conducts pre-suit investigations, and drafts pleadings as well as written discovery requests and responses.
Prior to joining Parker Poe, Reed spent four years with the Charleston County Public Defender's Office, where he worked on various criminal cases, including directing investigations and reviewing and analyzing discovery. He also drafted motions and negotiated plea deals. Reed also has experience as a law clerk for the Honorable Perry H. Gravely. In that role, he conducted legal research for civil and criminal cases and helped draft court orders for civil motions.
Reed earned his law degree from the University of South Carolina, where he was senior articles editor of the South Carolina Law Review. He earned his bachelor's degree from Wofford College.
Outside of work, Reed enjoys playing tennis, running, and scuba diving.
