Parker Poe hosted the Carolinas Business Litigation Year in Review virtually this year. Steve Carey, Corri Hopkins, and Robert Osborne provided a review of significant cases impacting businesses in North Carolina and South Carolina. They discussed important developments with class actions, attorney-client privilege, and discovery disputes. 

The Carolinas Business Litigation Year in Review also included a panel of judges and attorneys discussing how the practice of litigation has evolved during the coronavirus pandemic. This was the fourth annual Year in Review put together by Parker Poe's Business Litigation Team.
