David Pardue will speak on a panel this month alongside top trade secret litigators, judges, and economic advisors about international trade secret litigation during the Sedona Conference on Global Intellectual Property Litigation in The Hague in the Netherlands.
David will discuss strategies for companies involved in transnational litigation. The panel will also discuss the status of the work conducted by the Sedona Working Group 12 on Trade Secrets, which was organized to address international trade secret enforcement and protection.
Working Group 12 is part of a series of working groups that confront some of the most challenging issues faced by the legal system today. The Sedona Conference is a nonprofit research and educational institute dedicated to the study of law and policy in a number of areas such as data security and privacy law, intellectual property rights, and complex litigation. Its members include attorneys, judges, academics, consultants, and other business leaders.
