Charlotte, NC – Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that feedback from top corporate counsel led to the firm’s selection to BTI Consulting Group’s "Client Service A-Team." BTI’s Client Service A-Team is considered the gold standard for measuring client service in the legal industry. Feedback from chief legal officers and other top legal decision-makers also led to the firm’s ranking by BTI as an innovation icon and one of the most strongly recommended midsize firms for 2025.
BTI’s A-Team report is based on interviews with general counsel, chief legal officers, and other legal decision-makers at companies worth $700 million or more in revenue. For the 2025 edition, BTI conducted more than 350 interviews with leaders across industries. Firms named to the A-Team are selected based on several behaviors that solve the problems facing clients, such as acting with lightning speed, including clients early in strategy, and delivering ultra-practical, actionable recommendations.
Parker Poe was also recognized for its innovative legal strategies and the use of generative artificial intelligence (AI), according to BTI. Over 350 corporate counsel provided feedback across four areas as part of the most innovative law firm rankings: legal strategy innovation, tech savvy delivery, client-facing innovation, and generative AI pioneers.
Parker Poe was also ranked among strongly recommended midsize firms across industries and one of the most recommended law firms in the consumer goods industry specifically. The ranking is based on more than 500 interviews with corporate counsel when asked which mid- and smaller-sized firms (500 attorneys or less) they would recommend across various industries.
BTI conducts independent research on how clients acquire, manage, and evaluate their professional service providers, examining the market from clients’ perspectives through in-depth client feedback. BTI’s proprietary methods include open-ended interviews with high-level executives and decision-makers, carried out by highly trained senior interviewers. Its reports and findings are based only on the voice of the client.
