Ashley Johnson concentrates her practice on health care. She is part of a team that advises hospitals and health systems, publicly traded health services companies, physician practices, and other providers on a broad range of their legal needs, including litigation.
Ashley has experience representing hospitals and other providers in litigation, including involving breach of contract claims brought by physicians, state law privacy claims brought by patients, Certificate of Need litigation, and other health care litigation. She has also assisted with investigations and proceedings before the South Carolina Board of Medical Examiners and the Board of Nursing.
Ashley has a passion for serving her community. She currently serves as a board member for the South Carolina Special Olympics.
Ashley is a former law clerk for South Carolina Circuit Court Judge DeAndrea Gist Benjamin. She received her law and bachelor's degrees from the University of South Carolina.
