In 2019, Parker Poe expanded its presence in Washington, D.C. The firm moved from a satellite location to a full-service office in partnership with Leftwich LLC, which was one of the first minority/woman-owned firms in the nation’s capital. Our D.C. attorneys have a wealth of experience in regulatory, transactional, government affairs, and community outreach matters, as well as strong connections across the greater metro area.

We have particularly deep experience in the areas of real estate and commercial development, sports and entertainment, telecommunications, energy, investment funds, litigation finance, government contracting, and government relations. Our government relations counsel includes representation at both the state and federal levels. We represent companies before the United States Congress, the executive branch, and federal regulatory agencies.
