David Lever brings more than 25 years of experience in the legal and eDiscovery space as an eDiscovery project manager at Parker Poe. He possesses strong information technology skills, covering all aspects of the eDiscovery lifecycle, including data collection, processing, review, and production, as well as vendor management. David's deep experience is further solidified by his certification as a Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) by the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS). He also holds an eDiscovery Executive Certificate (eDEx) from ACEDS.

David has extensive experience managing large, complex eDiscovery projects, including multi-district litigation and matters before numerous federal and state agencies, including the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Department of Justice (DOJ). His ability to anticipate potential issues and provide creative solutions to streamline the document review process has been instrumental in the success of these projects.

David's understanding of eDiscovery best practices and software, combined with his education as an American Bar Association (ABA) approved paralegal and long history with the firm, has made him an invaluable source of knowledge within the firm. He excels at explaining complicated technical concepts, acting as a communicator, trainer, and mentor to other members of the eDiscovery services team. David's commitment to continuous improvement and staying abreast of industry trends ensures that he consistently leads in eDiscovery innovation.

David earned his bachelor's degree in public policy and public administration from the State University of New York at Cortland and completed his ABA paralegal studies program at Long Island University. Outside of work, David is a longtime Eagle Scout.
