Hollie DeBaro advises developers, landlords and tenants, financial institutions, and nonprofit organizations on a wide range of their commercial real estate needs. Her practice is informed by her time working in-house for two real estate developers, including managing a portfolio of 100 apartment complexes.
Hollie assists clients with drafting purchase and sale agreements, easements, leases, and financing documents. She also advises on title review and certifications, survey review, preparation of restrictive covenants, public offering statements, and homeowner association articles and bylaws. She has experience with representing credit unions and national lenders in preparing loan documents and advising lenders on construction loans, low-income housing tax credits (LIHTCs), refinances, and permanent loans.
In previous roles, Hollie served as associate general counsel for a multifamily real estate developer. Hollie earned her law degree from Elon University School of Law, where she was a member of the Elon Law Business Journal. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina.
