Corporate Leasing

Overview

The corporate leasing team at Parker Poe has great depth, versatility, and experience in creating solutions to meet clients’ unique challenges. Our clients have extensive real estate portfolios and call on our corporate leasing team to support their in-house counsel and real estate management teams throughout the entire leasing process, from letter of intent through lease negotiations, tenant improvements, guaranties, financing, and third-party approvals.

With a focus on careful and effective document preparation and pragmatic lease negotiation strategies, we regularly advise our clients on a variety of lease needs, including retail leases, subleases, ground leases, build-to-suit leases, and retrofit- to-suit leases. With the benefit of one of the largest health care practices in the Southeast, our attorneys also have particular experience navigating the intricacies of the Stark and Anti-Kickback laws in relation to physician practice and hospital real estate leasing arrangements.

Drawing on over two centuries of combined experience representing landlords, tenants, and lenders, the Parker Poe corporate leasing team manages the legal complexities of sophisticated multi-party deals with skill and finesse.
