Jasmine Little is a litigator with a focus on white-collar criminal defense, government and regulatory investigations, internal investigations, and commercial disputes. She represents clients in the financial services, real estate, manufacturing, education, and municipalities industries. Jasmine helps clients navigate legal challenges through comprehensive analysis and identification of appropriate and practical solutions.
Through her government and regulatory investigations practice, Jasmine has helped clients respond to investigations involving the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and state Attorneys General.
In addition, Jasmine has successfully defended corporations and individuals in federal and state courts, including the North Carolina Business Court, in civil cases. She has represented clients in complex business disputes involving trade secrets, construction, corporate governance, unfair trade practices, and employment law. For example, Jasmine was the lead associate in a $25 million settlement of a high-stakes civil litigation involving a Fortune 150 company.
Jasmine joined Parker Poe after serving as an attorney in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's (JAG) Corps, where she gained substantive jury trial experience in criminal cases. She is licensed to practice in North Carolina and Georgia.
Jasmine earned her law degree from Wake Forest University, where she was an editor for the Wake Forest Journal of Law & Policy and treasurer of the Black Law Students Association. She earned her bachelor's degree from Wake Forest as well. She received an ROTC scholarship and studied abroad in Spain and Togo as an undergraduate.
Outside of work, Jasmine is a 2023 alumna of the Mecklenburg County Bar Leadership Institute, is an active member of the Mecklenburg County Bar Association, and is a board member of the Wake Forest University School of Law’s Rose Council. She enjoys playing basketball, tennis, and golf.
