Jennifer Paone is counsel in the firm's Business Law Department. She routinely advises public and private companies, as well as private equity and other investor groups, in a broad range of merger and acquisition transactions, including auction-type acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, and other business combinations.
Jennifer has experience representing independent power producers and public utilities in connection with the acquisition and divestiture of renewable energy projects.
She advises clients on a variety of corporate governance matters, including entity formation, corporate restructuring, shareholders’ agreements, service agreements, and limited liability company agreements.
Jennifer serves on the firm’s Recruiting Committee.
