Sheneka Lodenquai focuses her practice on education law with an emphasis on all types of litigation representing school districts, colleges, and universities.
Sheneka frequently handles student discipline hearings and appeals before school hearing officers and school boards. She also advises school districts in handling complaints filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Office for Civil Rights within the Department of Education, and state employment agencies.
Sheneka received her law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. While in law school, she served as an associate articles editor for The Journal of Law and Education. In addition, she was a member of the South Carolina School of Law Mock Trial Bar and served as a law school ambassador.
