Greyson Land focuses his practice on construction law, government contracting, and commercial litigation. He represents contractors, developers, and owners in connection with public and private construction projects located throughout the Southeast. As a member of the firm’s Development Services Industry Team, Greyson has extensive experience in all aspects of the development and construction process. Additionally, he assists construction industry clients in negotiating and drafting contract documents and provides legal advice related to emerging industry issues.
Greyson has received the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) certificate from Federal Publications Seminar, considered the gold standard in government contracts training.
He is a contributing author to the South Carolina Construction Law Desk Book, published by the Construction Law Section of the South Carolina Bar.
Greyson graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina, School of Law, where he served as communications editor for the South Carolina Journal of International Law and Business and received the CALI Award for Agency, Partnership, and LLC. He earned his bachelor's degree from Clemson University, where he majored in finance and minored in accounting.
Greyson is a member of the South Carolina and North Carolina bars and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. Greyson is a member of the Charleston County Executive Committee and the former chair of the Charleston County Bar Continuing Legal Education Committee.
