Greyson Land represents clients in the areas of construction, development, and condemnation. Greyson represents general contractors, homebuilders, developers, and owners in connection with construction projects located throughout the Southeast. He focuses his practice on complex construction litigation, typically involving multifamily and single-family residential dwellings or large commercial properties. Additionally, he assists construction industry clients in negotiating and drafting contract documents for clients and provides legal advice related to emerging industry issues. Greyson is a contributing author to the South Carolina Construction Law Desk Book, published by the Construction Law Section of the South Carolina Bar.
Greyson graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina, School of Law, where he served as communications editor for the South Carolina Journal of International Law and Business and received the CALI Award for Agency, Partnership, and LLC. He earned his bachelor's degree from Clemson University, where he majored in finance and minored in accounting.
Greyson is a member of the South Carolina and North Carolina bars and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. Greyson is a member of the Charleston County Executive Committee and the former chair of the Charleston County Bar Continuing Legal Education Committee.
