Eric and Tiffany discussed the Trump administration’s executive orders implementing tariffs along with Department of Justice initiatives, including the launching of a cross-agency Trade Fraud Task Force.

They also highlighted key import compliance factors, government enforcement on trade fraud, and key compliance procedures for businesses as well as export issues, including those playing out with Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
