On October 10, John Moye and Todd Sprinkle offered insights to the Atlanta Bar Association's Litigation Section on pre-litigation strategies for success. John co-moderated a panel on that topic at the Litigation Section breakfast meeting, and Todd was one of the panelists. 

The Litigation Section is the Atlanta Bar Association's largest section by membership and is comprised of litigators across the spectrum of practices. John was elected in May to serve on the section's board.
