John Moye and Shayla Wright will speak on a panel about the pros, cons, and strategic considerations for litigating disputes in arbitration during the Atlanta Bar Association’s Joint Litigation Section and Dispute Resolution Section Breakfast.

The panel will center on the different stages of arbitration and strategic considerations over the life of a dispute, from the crafting of an arbitration agreement to the discovery tools available in arbitration to the final hearing on the merits. John will moderate the discussion, and the panelists will share thoughts on best practices in adjudicating cases via arbitration, and potential pitfalls to be aware of.

The Litigation Section is the Atlanta Bar Association’s largest section by membership. John serves on the section's board, which is comprised of litigators who represent a broad range of practices. The section hosts regular networking events and panel discussions on litigation trends.
