Nicholas Lee is an associate in Parker Poe's Charlotte office focusing his practice on complex commercial litigation. He represents clients in a variety of matters, including cases related to trade secrets and other intellectual property, construction litigation, white collar criminal defense, government and internal investigations, and creditors' rights and bankruptcy. 

Prior to joining Parker Poe, Nicholas completed a federal clerkship with the Honorable Robert J. Conrad Jr. in the Western District of North Carolina. While at Regent University School of Law, Nicholas served as the editor-in-chief of the Regent University Law Review. He worked for nearly eight years in the commercial construction industry selling commercial heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment before attending law school. In this role he negotiated contracts, estimated projects, and coordinated job site logistics, among other responsibilities.

Nicholas is admitted to practice in North Carolina as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
